Soot is in the air

As spring cleaning is in full swing we've noticed that a few of our clients' homes are a bit dingier than they thought. What's the problem? Candle and fire place soot! You may not realize it, but regular candle use can leave soot deposits over time not just on your walls, but all surfaces in the home. (Check out these pictures for a before and after of sliding door frames- pretty noticeable difference)

So what can you do? The easiest solution- don't burn candles. If you love the smell and glow of your candles, we suggest stocking up on flameless candles for the look, and reed diffusers for the scent. This keeps your home, pets, and children safe and out of trouble, too. The simulated flames are very realistic and these candles come in a variety of styles- you'll swear some of them were real!
